The Savannah Court of Palm Beaches, a 114-bed assisted living facility located in West Palm Beach, was fined $15,000 and received three Class II violations by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for multiple medication errors that threatened the welfare of a resident in November 2016.

Nursing Home Administrator Arrested in Neglect of Elderly

A facility administrator at the Good Samaritan Retirement Home was arrested Tuesday after he failed to notify a nurse of a resident’s declining health, according to a Williston Police Department news release.
