Employees of an assisted-living facility in Shelby have tested positive for COVID-19.
Marias Medical Center posted a statement Friday stating that employees of the Marias Heritage Center had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
According to the State of Montana's latest case map, there are five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Toole County.
The medical center's post did not break down how many of those cases were staff of the assisted-living facility.
The Marias Medical Center reports that those believed to have come in contact with the COVID-19 patients will be notified by the health department.
